Tuesday, September 30th Funny Thing About Trickle Down Economics
Trickle down economics sure does take a long time for any benefit to trickle down from the wealthy to the rest of society. But watch how fast job cuts come trickling down from this credit crisis.
Thanks President Bush. Just when we didn't think you could create another quagmire, you give us this mess. I always thought it was convenient the way you 'inherited' the last recession. I'm not sure who you'll blame for this one though.
I remember scratching my head in 2000 when Bush was running and he said that 'It's time for a change'. I guess we had enough peace and prosperity.

Best debate description I've heard: "Palin was like a little dog knawing at the pant leg of a man walking down the street, and Biden shook her off easily."

Obama has busted this thing wide open. McCain just pulled out of Michigan. He's losing in FL now. He was up 10 a few weeks ago. Obama is up in OH, PENN, NEV, New Mexico, Virginia! if the election was today, he'd get over 300 electoral votes. Lets hope that its stays that way.
I worried the Palin will debate nearly competently and McCain will declare victory and get a big bounce.

What are you doing in NH? Get back down to NC and start canvassing, talking to your friends and neighbors, people you work with, anyone you know and get them out to vote for Obama! This thing is within reach and Obama winning in NC would end McCain's campaign right there! Also, Hagan is leading Dole in the senate race last I checked by over 5 points--you need to gets signs, bumper stickers, talk to people!

PURE BEDLAM!
Actually, i couldn't tell you. I was just up in New Hamphshire and can tell you there are a lot of scary people up there. But i think at least some of them will vote blue.
I would put my money on NH before i would NC.

And this crisis seems to be contributing to an Obama surge in your state of North Carolina. Some pollsters have even moved it into the "lean Obama" category. Whats the scene on the ground there?
